An Abbotsford resident for over 40 years, Surinder graduated from Abbotsford Senior Secondary and is an Alumnus of both University of the Fraser Valley and Simon Fraser University. Surinder resides with his lovely wife Pam still in Abbotsford where they have raised 3 children. He is passionate about basketball and playing golf, and is involved with coaching at both UFV and WJ Mouat.

Surinder has been a successful businessman for over 20 years. Prior to his real estate career, he owned and operated a number of full service restaurants throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, including several White Spot franchises.

Blair has been a Fraser Valley resident for twenty years, where he resides with his wife Caroline and their five children. Sherilyn is our team’s Office Manager and Controller. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our policies and education, systems, and services are current and cutting edge! Her many duties include marketing contracts, marketing design and coordination, financial affairs, office oganization, customer and public relations, and promoting brand image and awareness. Born and raised in Chilliwack, she recently returned to the Valley from living 2 years in the Dominican Republic where she and her husband Anthony worked at a Christian school and did missions outreach, all while still working for our team!  

Katie is the cheery voice you hear on the phone when you call! She is responsible for many of the day to day activities including processing all the paperwork, ensuring every little detail is organized, arranges showings and feedback, coordinates closings, assists our Real Estate Professionals in selling our listings, and keeps the ship afloat! She’s the glue that holds it all together. Katie is a lifetime resident of Aldergrove.
